Patch panel for truck bed
My 1982 truck is in need of a few patch panels in the bed, the corrugated section....any good sources to recommend? There aren't any junkyards near me, and besides which I'd prefer to have some fresh metal with a little coating and protection.

I don't think these are available. Likely will have to do the old school sheet metal brake method to hand form. Otherwise, you might get lucky and find someone with some scrap laying around after they bobbed their bed.

Just a thot I had a while back. If your local auto junkyard has full size chevy or ford cargo vans, maybe you can get them to cut the flooring out of the back section. They usually aren't rusted out & already have corrugations in them of the right height & size, plus sometimes some have good paint. Plus, the van is bigger than your truck, so you should be able to get all the square footage of metal you need from 1 van.

Might be time to build a custom flatbed !!
So many different ways to go.
Whatever works for you
As those pieces are stamped even if you found someone that could stamp them the set up costs are going to be expensive !!!

How big are the sections you need? I took my bed off due to severe rust in the sides, but most of the inner structure was decent. I could plasma cut you some sections out if they are relatively small. Let me know.
