passenger side locking hub

my panssenger side locking hub for the 4wd is seased what could it be and would it be expensive and difficult to fix?

Pull the 6 10mm bolts off the dial ring and pull it off. It's probably full of dried up grease or corroded.

These things are very easy to rebuild. Lot's of info on the web if you search.

Why don't you google "Toyota Locking Hub Rebuild" You'll be amazed at the results.
