Go down to harbor freight.
Buy a chain hoist.
Go to lowes, buy some 6"x6" treated wood.
Make a gallows.

Remove hood, set aside.
Attach chain hoist to gallows
Attach other end to block.
Begin hoisting.

Protip: Won't need gallows if your garage or shop has big ol' girders.

Where are you located ? If no one can help you Harbor Freight has cheap hoists. They fold up out of the way and are not that expensive. They do a good job also.

2-4 strong guys, 2 1+ ton chains and long enough piece of steel more than 1/8" thick or a piece of 4x4. wrap chains around 4x4 that is spanned across the truck, attach chains to front and back lift mounts of motor. Lift motor out. Carry 4x4/chain/motor assembly away from truck. Don't drop motor on front core support.
