This might be a stupid question, but can anyone tell me what the part is that covers the wheel hub?

I just purchased some bullet holes for my truck and want to make sure my hubs will look good with my new wheels.

Thanks for the info. I did not know there was such a thing as an open hub. Kinda hard to find parts like that searching the Internet for a 30+ year old truck

 

center cap, hub collar, hub cap. open faced center cap.
