OK so I have no spark from my coil to the distributor checked ohms its all good this is the only place where my harness was cut. The ignitor wires are as follows (gray,tan,yellow) tan and gray goes to the negative on the coil yellow to the positive. Harness wires are as follows (black,yellow,tan/black) there is one more color but don't remember. Anyone have a good wire diagram for this mine only shows one wire going to the coil (ha ha ha)

 

Can anyone get me the colors off there's and send pics of how they are hooked up? I tryed doing the gm swap and no luck ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS ON WHAT IS WRONG?

 

I take it everyone is really busy I really need help guys so if you have a first gen truck please help

 

Have you downloaded the '83 shop manual that's in another thread? If I have a wiring diagram, it's in that.

 

Got that used the colored wires from a 83 but mine has a 80s harness

 

Can anyone just get me pictures of how theirs is set up and colors of wires going to and out of the plugs and harness? I know someone has another 79-81 20r first gen
