ok, last time I posted about this I had just yanked about 100+ ft of un-needed wire from this abused 1980. Aight, got the wiring straightened out except for head lights....can't remember the wire postions for driver side, and they're not the same colors as the pass side. When I turn on the lights on, they go straight to brights and I have to mess with my switch to get them to low beams. Is it the switch? Any advice/help would be great.

 

That would be a switch problem, I have the exact same promblem with my 80. I havent messed with fixing it though cause it is just a trail rig. Good luck with it.
