How do I replace HEADLIGHTS?

you should not need to there are 3 screws holding the head light retaining ring remove them .
remove the ring remove the light .
make sure the new light works before putting it all back together

Shine your headlights on the wall mark the wall with tape where the top of your low beam is, repeat for high beam. Don't move the damn truck, change the headlights then adjust back to your lines on the wall.

Actually if he just removes the screws that secure headlight retainer ring he will
not have to re-adjust the headlights.
The headlight adjuster screws are separate and fastened to the headlight bucket.
