Hey guys, horn will sometimes work, windshield wipers are same way. Notice they're more likely to work after driving for awhile. Do these two systems cross somewhere? Shared ground? Put new fuses in little while ago, noticed the po had a 20 fuse for horn instead of the 15 it calls for. Any suggestions?

 

Check the grounds first at the horn and wiper motor. If you have relay for intermittent operation, check it. Do a continuity check between the wiper fuse and wiper motor positive. Do a continuity check between horn fuse and horn positive. Check the button under the steering wheel for wear, replace if necessary. Just some things to check. They are on separate circuits, nothing common as far as I can see
