anybody know about how much herculiner it will take to give my shortbed on my '80 a good coat on the inside...just the bedliner is all im doin...the floor of the bed..and the sides...thanks...i know it takes like 1/2 gallon i think to do the cab...thanks for the info

the one gallon kit should do it. key is getting a good lasting finish is all doing the prep work correctly.

Yes...that is key...the prep... I spent days prepping mine. Clean everything with Xylene before using and dont get it on your hootus.

Make sure you put a good 3 or 4 coats where your feet sit under the pedals (this area recieves the most wear on your floor) A gallon MIGHT be enough.....I think you might need a gallon and a quart or so for adequate coverage.

If you havent already purchased check out a product called Durabak...its some tough stuff
