Gm 1 wire or 3 wire... Help!!

Need to know which way to go on my 83 pickup with 22r... My charge light and brake light are on... Im getting no charge from the alt to the battery... Need help asap!!

i just went back with a new voltage regulator and it fixed my charge problem
