I found one on EBay for my 4rnr. Was close though listed as direct fit. Took some elbow grease and a rat tail file to align mount holes. Then a good bit of shroud trimming. Aluminum 3 core for about half of others. On phone so pulling up eBay purchase history will have to wait.

Why ?
By Aluminum you mean completely Aluminum ??
No Plastic tanks !
Any of the Aluminum 3.4 radiators will be able to be made to work.
You just need to make sure the outlets are in the correct location .
Custom brackets are simple to fabricate
I use the same Copper Brass Radiator in my 86 2.4 92 3.4 and my 2000 tacoma 3.4

I want to thank you all for your responses, and information that you have provided. I'm now shopping around for an 84 all aluminum. I have found a place here in California called champion radiators they have the 84 pickup radiator but it is only for an automatic trans. I will call them up and see if they have a manual trans all aluminum.https://www.championcooling.com/ prices are good and they seem to be of good quality

Glad you posted back, looked on ebay can't find the exact one I got but there is others.
The automatic radiator will work. Some even prefer them and run power steering lines through transmission ports on rad. I haven't ever done that and have seen post of ppl going back and forth on pros and cons of set up.
