Alternator/Regulator Pin Diagrams

Alternator/Regulator Pin Diagrams (w/ pictures)
can someone point me to a reference which identifies the pins coming out of a 5 pin regulator for a 1980 pickup?
No responses, so I'm adding some pictures for reference. The previous owner did some customization, so now it doesn't work with the standard regulator/alternator. I'm trying to put things back so that to the original configuration:
Plug to the Alternator:
Plug to the Regulator:
If someone could let me know what is connected to each of the labeled pins, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
