bro there is no way he roller painted that truck, maybe the liner on the bottom but you cant roll single stage on to a truck. i have worked in body shops most of my life and i know what a roller painted truck looks like, that blue was sprayed.

Just a little confused. Maybe Aaron will chime in and tell us if he rolled or sprayed.

Dude, I'm love the truck! I've got my own project I'm working on, though it's going REALLY REALLY slow! It's hard when you only get one day out of the week to work on it and make crap for money. Oh well, Keep up the good work, I'll be checkin back on your progress.

Make sure to read it and not just look at all the pretty pictures.

its a nice shiny look. I wetsanded between each coat. I have one more coat to put on and I think i will just leave it the way it is. one of the guys who did the roll on method wetsanded his last coat and then buffed it out with some type of compound, it came out good but im not to worried about it considering its just going to get bashed and scratched anyways.

One step forward and two steps back
I had to pull my axle because I was having troubles with the new 3rd.
here it is finished, ready to go back on
I did finally get my rear shocks on though, but i still need to finish the bed wiring
also here are the new shoes that are going on for the Bender cleanup

looks good, i know the two steps back feeling, i just found half assed frame repair on my truck while moving my hangers.
so you did actually roller paint it. i cant beleive you would take on all that wet sanding, i guess that is why it looks as good as it does. most dont bother with the wet sanding. you have just proved if you are willing to put some time into it you could just dump the paint on.
