83 LWB flatbed

I like it. The bed is pretty tasteful for a custom unit. Mine is quite ugly. I also need to do some inner fender patching in my truck - it's mostly rust free except under the battery tray.
I am curious as to what you are going to do in place of carpet. Maybe roll in bedliner? Or are you going to redo the carpet?
My 1980 is going to get bedliner but it's not really a "rig" so much as it is a poor man's work truck.
Good job so far though man - looks like that truck is really going to be something when it's done.

Thanks,
The carpet is gone forever but either some kind of bedliner or spray rubberized coating will take its place. Something cheap, quick and easy to clean out..

Well as far as cheap goes WalMart has the Rustoleum brand bedliner for sale at $44 per gallon roughly. Don't know how durable it is but when the weather warms up here in Flagstaff I'm going to try it on the interior of mine.

The lock-rite has been moved up front along with ditry thirty birfeilds, the rear has a Detroit no-spin, both have 5.29's now. New seats have been added as well as GM rear disc brakes and some crappy WARN premium hubs.. It still needs a lift :headbang:

Thanks for the kind words guys, the tires are 37' KM2's on 17's, and right now the truck has a terrible 3inch Rough Country lift. I have one more inch of lift to be fully installed. Got it to 4wp to weld in and measure the shock towers for me.
