5.29 gears and 39.5s?!?!?!

I am currently running 35x12.5 BFGs with my 4.10s and when i got out trail riding i throw on the 35x14.5 swamper boggers on and cant stand the power loss. so i bought some 5.29s and am putting them in today.

So my question is should i run 39.5x15 swamper iroks with 5.29? i wanna go bigger and can get a killer deal on them.

I have a pretty built 22r in my truck
-Redline cam
-Hemisperical pistons
-Upgraded cyl. heads
-Hedman headers

its got open diffs as it is my Daily driver.

your only other choice is 5.71s... but most people run 5.29s

Yeah i was just trying to find out if i'll be able to turn the 39.5's or if i'd be in the same boat as running 4.10's with 35s

that is a common combination, 5.29's and 39's. be prepared to break stuff...poly axles in the rear and longfields or dirty 30's up front.
I would pick up an extra third just in case

I'm assuming when you said 39.5's your planning on running Iroks?? Lots of guys run that combo. The Irok is way lighter than a bogger. I have 5.29's and 37" MTR's and I think I have more power now than I did with 4.88's and 33's..at least from a dead stop. Out on freeway much over 65-70 is really pushing it. I think you'll be fine. Like the others have said hopefully you already have Longfields or your gonna be blowing up birfs faster than you change them. I've blown up my rear end a couple times but never had any issue with stock rear shafts. 30 spline longs and Chromo Hub gears and not driving it like a total madman and you'll be good to go.
