33X10.5 R15 tires
#2
Assuming that the engine isn't worn out, it'll turn them, but it won't like it. You likely won't be able to hold or pull 5th gear. You'll want to re-gear your axles for pretty much any tires over 31"

Do you know if your truck has 4.10s or 4.30s or 4.56s? If it originally came with the small tire package the 265s and not the 31x10.50s you're in for a slow trip wherever you go.
The 4.10s were slow and under powered with 31x10.50s. You are now increasing the rotation by nearly 10%. Adding extra weight for the motor to rotate and a significantly bigger footprint if rolling resistance.
4.56s will be you and your motors friend. You won't break any parts driving around with 33s unless you try to crawl over something. Then leverage will not be kind.

I have a 1980 4X4 with a 20R and the 33X12.50's were too much for it. I went down to 31X10.50's and it runs fine with them. It put my speedo off by 5 MPH but I can deal with that. My engine is not bone stock. I have de-smogged it, added a Weber 38/38 carb, header and DUI distributor with E-3 plugs and it is a 4 speed trans.
