Quick question for the pros....previous owner swapped a 2wd engine into my 4wd truck. I am in the process of swapping the oil pans so that it has the correct pan. Does the oil pickup tube also have to be swapped or is it the same for both applications?

 

You will need to swap pick up tubes. I dont think you could get the pan on with the wrong tube if I am correct. Tube and pan must be swapped when going from a 2 wheel to 4 wheel style motor.
