22r bogging

Hey I am stumped I just did a head gasket on my 1982 pickup and not it Boggs at full throttle can any help with ideas

OEM carburetor or Weber? If it's a Weber, is it a real Weber?
Choke butterfly opening all the way?
It starts and idles fine but just falls on it's face when you put your foot down?
