Almost everything will be exactly the same. But you should have a 20R engine, not 22R, and likely not an L50 5-speed transmission. Wiring will be slightly different.

But torque specs are the same, carb tuning is the same, process for getting most things on & off will be the same.

Just make sure your ears perk up when you're working on your 20R and the manual is talking about a 22R. If something doesn't match up, ask questions here.

Anybody have the missing chapters?

Shouldn't be any chapters missing. Some of the PDFs have multiple chapters in them because the chapters are small. Make sure you can see the whole name of the PDF and it shows what chapters are in what PDF.

I wasn;t sure if this got answered yet.. Would this work for a 1981? I've heard that 79-83 are pretty much the same but I'm just a rook, so wanted to check.

I'm an idiot. Found the answer. Thanks so much for putting this out there!!

A recent update for my mobile enabled a .pdf reader has enabled me to keep this FSM on hand at all times. Pretty cool option for anyone to consider, if you'd like to try.

I was wondering if you could take a photo of the wiring section 1, right under where the heading reads "Wiring Diagram-1983 Model" the pdf you posted was missing a chunk of the ignition section from the image of a spark plug to the left margin.
