I bought my 83 in Sep. 2007 and had to replace the intake, run vacuum lines, and put a carb on it. It passed emissons and it ran great until the end of last summer.

It would run and idle great until it was warm. once warm it will either run perfectly or it will not idle at all. It usually occurs after i have stopped and turned the car off and get back on the road then after a mile or two it will not idle. Then it will choke out a bit(maybe it's sticking?) and after a while will start idleing and not have a problem.
