rear bench seats,hardware,hinges, grey viynl.nice shape. Complete with seat belts. I have the upper rear seat cover,foam,and backing. NO FRAME FOR UPPER REAR SEATS!!. I do have upper back l-bracket mounts for the rear upper seat $150
