I was wondering if you had the hand brake cable, i need it for my 85 pickup sr5 4x4 efi, also if you or anybody can sell me a smittybilt roll bar that would be great. I am trying to make a replica of the back to the future truck and the roll bar is the last thing i need thank you

Hey Chefyota have you happen to find one of those three switch holder/ rear window switch holder?

 

I'm sorry Scotty, no such luck. The last 2 1st gen 4Runners that I saw, those pieces were ripped out, or in the case of one of them it was broken in half.... they seem to break the consoles quite often as well, and I'm not sure why the knob heads do that! Grrrr.

 

I think I could make a broken one work too. Thanks for getting back to me so fast.

 

No prob.... And I guess they split them in half as they try to print the switches out, rather than removing two screws and the shifter Bezel. Geeesh! Lol

 

Hey Chef, you wouldn't happen to have just the lens for the rear cargo light and a center cap for the aluminum wheels would ya? Thanks man.

 

Hey buddy, just the lens for which type of light? You mean the longer lights that I put in the panels in the back of my 4runner? Or the stock dumb ones from the second gen runners?

I sold my stock wheels and 31 BFG inch tires with the 5 aluminum rims and caps, but I have another set from the later model second generation 4Runners......THE CAPS. I'm not sure but I don't believe I have caps for the front wheels, the open style for the manual locking hubs. But I do have a full set of Toyota ADD with the Toyota emblem on them. You just need one cap?

Hey bud, like I said, I'm really sorry but I think I can say without a doubt that all I have is the ones like I mentioned below to Mr army ant... I believe they are exactly the same cap except they don't say Toyota or have that red ring. I just have the Toyota emblem. obviously you already have one that says Toyota, so I'm sure you're looking for that same thing which I understand. If you end up wanting two of those instead, let me know.

Hey Mr army ant, I will send you a PM, but I'm pretty sure that all I have is the caps with the toyota-doodle emblem. I believe someone I know shaved the center out to make one's for the front. I have I believe four or five of those types, but none that are open for the manual locking hubs. Sorry man. I did post a picture of the caps that I have, I believe. If you don't see them let me know and I will post a picture for you or send you a PM as soon as I find it. If you only want the ones that say Toyota in red, I hear ya, they are, as I said, one of the most common things I'm asked for. I just couldn't take them off the wheels that I sold as a set.

Sorry guys, I just got back from Pismo and the preceding week was quite the Hellion and getting my onboard air in. Now I am in excruciating pain from plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. Both of my freaking feet of course, lol. It couldn't just be one, right? Haha. What do I expect? I've been overdoing it for way too long, I knew it was a matter of time before something like this came up. To be honest, this is largely the reason why I haven't put a lot of new stuff up lately. I'm trying to keep this from getting worse, which is hard when I am on my feet 14 hours a day... But adding several hours of walking the yard? Yeah, you get where I'm going I'm sure. It's extremely frustrating because it really does help me to help my mom without having to just pull it from out of pocket. Not that I don't have to work to get the crap, hahaha... But you know what I mean.

 

Do you have the plastic trim piece that goes behind the inner door lever for the sr5 door panels

No, sorry man! .... I just sold a whole mint hinge set with strikers and covers in gray.... I might have more, shortly, granting I get first dibs on a buddies 87 4Runner. I will grab everything I can from it if I get a chance. I don't think that I've ever seen those covers and the yards. I wonder if they even make it to the lot.

 

hey Chef wondering if you still have that skid plate for the 1st gen and also looking for a dome light cover and a rear bed interior light cover...mine are toast.
