185k miles on a stock example of a dying breed.

20k miles on head gasket top end rebuild at Local import shop that does lots of Toyotas
10k miles on EngnBldr timing kit by 30 yr Toyota mechanic
Just rebuilt front hubs with new studs and wheel bearings
Brake rotors and pads done at that time
85% tread on 235 75 15 A/T's (never had oversized tires, has original wheels)
Front end alignment and road-force wheel balance
Custom but quiet 2in exhaust to cat, 2 1/4 catback
Clean interior with newer front seats, seat belt buckles and carpet
Gear oil just changed with Redline, new shifter bushing and seat
Gear oil in diffs and transfer case changed within the last two years
Shocks and steering stabilizer this year
Less than two years on a fuel filter and thermostat
Recharged A/C this past summer
New stereo deck with small subwoofer under passenger seat
Replaced headlights and upgraded wiring harness with relays
Taillights, corner lamps, and reverse lights are new
Battery is new, cable tailgate-hinges replaced with metal ones
For what it is, it has power, and the driveline is very solid.

It's not perfect and pretty.
It was rusting at the edge at every fender and I did an ugly patch up job.
There is still rust here and there, but it is very limited.
The truck was sideswiped while parked and is not covered by my insurance.
The stripes have been taken off to match a replacement passenger door.
It's been on logging roads, and for farm use but mostly commuting, no crazy four wheeling,
but it has plenty of scratches and dents.
And the grille is from a 90, and the rear bumper from a Tacoma.
I'm the 6th owner, every owner was in SW VA.
It squeaks in the cab over bumps and besides all the work done, is an 18 year old truck.
Plenty of records for the above work.

Ruined Adventures

Is this still for sale? I'm trying to find a good farmtruck/backup vehicle for my in-laws to use around their property, with future plans to build or source a flatbed for it.

Curious about the rust. If the fenders were replaced, along with the bed, would that still leave much rust? Is it mostly surface rust or is it getting serious in any spots? Did the Engnblder timing kit replace the plastic chain guides with steel guides? Does anything mechanical need to be addressed in the near future?

Also, I don't suppose you have any plans to go into TN or NC anytime soon?
