91 4runner, SR5, 4wd, V6, Auto 206k mi, 5.71's & 33's
1991 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4wd. 206k miles in ATL GA. .. JUST REDUCED to $3900
LONG DESCRIPTION... BUT FULL DISCLOSURE:
I never planned on selling it, but I dont think my plans of a SAS & engine swap are realistic now with 3 kids.
This is a 3 owner GA vehicle.. 1st owner had it for almost 170k miles (purchased at Sandy Springs Toyota) 2nd owner had it for a few months... NO rust & Title in Hand.
Running boards and factory white stripe have been removed, exterior & paint is in really great condition. The interior is clean and in incredible condition for a 91. All lights work. All fluids have been changed in the 5,000 miles, oil changed every 3k using GTX and an oversized Napa gold filter. Head gasket & other top-end seals done at 183k. Timing belt & water pump just changed two months ago.
The good:
Installed in the last 10k miles:
Suspension lift with Edelbrock IAS shocks & Old Man Emu Steering Stabalizer
5.71 Precision Gears installed in Front and Rear
33 x 10.50 BFG Mud Terrain T/A
3rd Generation Toyota 4runner stock 15" wheels with new OEM lugnuts
Aisin Manual hub conversion with rebuilt internals
New CV halfshafts with Lifetime Replacement warranty
New U-Joints on rear driveline
Downey Idler-arm Brace
Extended Rear Brake line
ARB Safari Snorkel
K&N Air Filter
New OEM radiator
New Silvania Silverstar Headlights
Front Husky Liners
20percent window tint
The bad:
The truck has been sitting in my garage for about 3 years. I just changed the water pump, timing belt, changed the oil, and installed a new battery and it fired right up. One of the back passenger windows, and the rear window are not responding to the switches (stuck in closed position) They did work before I parked it. The sunroof belt is also worn, so you have to assist it open or closed and wedge it closed if its going to rain. The truck takes a while to warm up (probably bad Tstat) and the electronically controlled transmission will not find Overdrive until the gauge signals that the engine is warm. I removed the front swaybar and have do not have it anymore. The brake & cooling systems need to be flushed. Heat works great - I imagine the A/C system will need to be charged come summertime, but it also works. I do not know if it will pass emissions - it has been tagged in a non-emissions county since ive owned it.
PM Me for fastest response. Thanks.
