Body off 2 years ago, tons of new parts I spent a LOT of time building this crawler exactly how I wanted it
-88’ body, 85’ frame and axles Canadian truck 270,000 KMS
-low Km 22re, aluminum rad, new water pump, etc, 5 speed, new aisin clutch
-single 4.7 comp gear tcase, twin stick, with trail gear skid plate
-4.88s, lock right in the rear, both axles fully sealed and rebuilt, front axle truss, low range offroad backing plate eliminator, 2” spacers front, eco seals
-RUF springs and F150 springs rear
-torn right down, prepped and spray painted (it’s a wheeler), including the engine bay, scratched a bit from trails now but good overall
-custom rear bumper
-trail gear front bumper with Smittybilt XRC winch
- hard top and half top, and half door
-80% 35x12.5 baja claws on Pro Comp wheels (note: one wheel mismatched, it’s steel and was a spare)
-turbo brake booster with Wilwood manual prop valve, FJ 60 rotors and V6 caliper and brake master
Great condition for a street legal trail truck, moves down the hwy no problem. Mechanically it’s solid, after the body swap the 02 sensor never got wired up so that can be finished. Also the brake and charge light are on, when they are on together it’s indicative of something in the charging system. I Couldn’t figure it out, the battery always starts the truck even in the cold, no problems winching or running my light bar, the alternator is functioning. It was spray painted (because it’s a trail truck) overall the paint is good, it’s easy to touch up. The stripes are paint not vinyl. Any questions please ask!

Frame is good, I cleaned it up, but a fish plate over the front axle arch (where sometimes they crack) and then used Por15 on the whole thing when I had it off the body. The frame after clean and paint Cleaned up backing plates and axles too, new bearings The original 86 body on the 85’ frane
My original title says 86’, so for insurance and registration that’s the year that will be used.
I didn’t get an ownership with the 88’ body, so I unbolted the entire vin plate (not just the riveted section) from behind the dash and I swapped it, so the Vin matches my ownership and everything is fine and dandy like that. The old cluster I had didn’t have a working temp gauge and I got another for free from a friends truck so I swapped it in, so that reading is different. I keep track of what the accurate km reading is so when I renew my plates there’s nothing sketchy going on.
