bench vise - is this a Record brand?

There is this vise for sale in the local classifieds. It says made in England, but does not have a manufacturers name on it. The jaws are worn and are missing a screw, but appears to be in good shape otherwise. I'm not really sure how to tell if it's a quality vise other than to look for specific brands - Record being one of them. Any insight?
