Thumbs up Rancho shocks / customer support A+

I just wanted to give Rancho some good feedback. I had the RX5000 shocks on my truck for a long time, the knobs seized on a few and I called Rancho, without hesitation "because I had my receipt" they shipped me 4 new RX9000 shocks!! A few weeks back after getting my new tires I checked my steering stabilizer, found that it had developed a dead or weak spot in its stroke, I called Rancho, faxed them a copy of the original receipt and 4 days later I had a brand new stabilizer kit!! Just thought I would share, I had the opposite luck with KYB on my MX5 when one of my AGX shocks failed, even with the receipt they said sorry that I was SOL...
