hay guys im rebuilding an 81 carbed 22r and doing a reman build on it... other then LCE what other kits are good/decent quallity parts.. LCE is a little out of my budget.... ive seen enginetech and other brand which is the better and which one do i not even touch....

Don't go cheap on rebuild kits - it'll cost you more in the long run. Bottomline, the best bang for your buck is Engnbldr.com Ted is kind of old school so you can't order directly off the website, but give him a call with what you need and he'll send you a PayPal invoice.
