I bought a used JAOS center protector from nrgetic99 this past week. I have only great things to say...

Communication: Excellent. He kept me up to date on the shipping process and gave me a tracking number. He also took about a dozen photos to show how the thing was to be assembled, and typed out a very detailed and helpful list of instructions for installation. He even placed labels on the parts to make it even easier for me to assemble them. Finally, he offered his phone number in case I ran into any troubles with the installation.

The item: Was exactly as he described it, in clean ready-to-assemble condition.

Packing: The box was exactly the right size, and the item was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. All the hardware was present, and either attached in place for assembly or in a plastic bag.

I have bought lots of things off eBay and other message boards, but I've never dealt with anyone as courteous and detail-oriented as David (nrgetic99).

Oh, and the price was a steal!
