I recently purchased a TJM bumper, the TJM-13 model from him used.

I met him at his home and he was quite nice. He offered me and my friends drinks and such. When they were finished with removing the bumper, he made sure to get all the hardware to me and go over the instal steps. Overall, a great guy, it was fun talking shop with him too.

The best part, he sold it to me for a mere $400 and even threw in some extra 4Runner IFS auto hubs that I might use and he didn't need. I would deal with him again for sure.
