Cool Wheeling trip 6/1/08 Lots o Pics!!!

So one of the local trailheads opened over the weekend. So a bunch of wheeling buddies went into Olsen creek to do some WHEELING!!!

At the trail head we had to stop cause the BIG chevy had a few little issues. The chevy has 49in Iroks and a load of horsepower!!

The first obstacle that we played on was a big hill with snow drifts around the top.
Yotas playing

Chevy goin into the trees

Wade is getting sideways in his rig

Then we played in the mud ruts and pits for a while.

Jake just had to show us how its done by crossing the mud pit.

Mmmmmm MUUUDDDDD!

Turbo yota had a nice mud pit run

Then we stopped for a smoke break and lunch. Heres a nice group shot

Wade just had to jump his truck. Got good air too!!

Then we had a little flex from the jeep/chevy and the little yota.

Then we tried goin farther up the road but the snow drifts were crazy!!!
yota and scout stuck trying to make it up the road.

Everyone watching the stuck scout and yota make it back down the road.

You can see the turbo yota at the top of the road. He made it pretty easy.

The view from the top part of the road. You can see how far it is with nothing but snow. pretty hard.

The view from the upper road

Nobody else could make it up there so Barnaby decided to give his GIANT chevy a try. It just walked up the hole road just floating on top of the snow like its nothing.

Then they turned around and came back down.
CHEVY

Turbo yota

Then we went onto the backside where there are a bunch of snow drifts to play on.
Turbo yota powering through anything. This thing almost never got stuck. 35X15.5X15 baja claws plus big turbo power equals unstoppable.

wade got a little stuck

Then we made it to a BIG snow hill that only a couple rigs made it up.

Jeep eeking its way out of a stuck and propane powered yota making the hill climb.

Then we found a BIG water hole that has never been there before. But we had a really wet spring this year. We gotta shooot the water hole first hahahahahahahah!

Okay now Big chevy first.

Spitting mud and water coming outta there

Then the Jeep/Chevy goes for it

Powering outta the end

Then wades little 36in tire yota went for it. No problem!

Yes we picked up trash too!!

A good yota group shot before we headed out .

It was an amazing wheeling trip and there are lots more to come so keep on Wheeling!!!
