are any trails in southern california open right now? (especially orange county) it seems that every fire down here is right next to an OHV area

k, well i did my research and i will now turn it in to a trail report.

ALL TRAILS IN THE CLEVELAND NATIONAL FOREST ARE CLOSED.

 

No surprise there. My understanding is that access from Alpine going east on the I-8 is restricted and the 79/78 is pretty much closed.

It may very likely impact the MDR Superstition 250 race this weekend, but so far they haven't announced that it's been cancelled so....? Maybe you can drive out there.

I can't imagine Superstition park itself would be closed since there's nothing out there to burn but a few sagebrush.

 

coincidence??? the easy access has allowed the &%^&^$&^%$*&^ who started the fires in
