Thumbs up SNOW in AZ.

Hey, its rare here.
Elvota called me up and said he was heading up and over Four Peaks to check out the snow so Danica and I decided to join him and Micki.
WWII Bomber we saw flying over head:

The water was flowing in all of the creeks.

SNOW!!

Taking a little hike up the trail at the top.

Moose the dog! He was SOOOO excited!

How far do you have to go for snow? I thought there were some pretty good sized mountains not too far from you. I know so little about new mexico. Still waiting to do that trip I planned to do so long ago out there!

If you head out past fountain hills to four peaks there are a ton on the left or west side of the beeline.
If you head up from scottsdale towards bartlett lake there are some as well.
Lots of areas to play and get a feel for the truck.

If I hiked a bit up the mountains that run against Las Cruces I'd be able to touch snow in the shadows on the steeps. I drove due north Saturday 60 miles to the Gila foothills and saw some. Nothing like the pictures you posted. Ruidoso is about 1.5 hours northeast from here, big ski area there.

Come on over to NM, I’ll lead you to some good places.
