It hasn't been running right lately. Im guessing its becuase of the cold, but this whole weekend it kept dying on me and had trouble starting back up. I just figured I'd play it safe and just ride along with Ric this time around.

If you are going to move your gas tank, you'll have to put it in the back, no where else to go, meaning you need to move the spare, which means you either go back to Armorology, and get a carrier, or put it on the roof, or put it in the back end. At that point, you might as well get a cell, and scrap the old one. Be easier to do becasue the tank is funky shaped, and that means funky fab to get it to hold up, a cell is flat on the bottom top and sides, makes for easier fab.
You will still need a beefy plate for it in the rear, i say leave it where it's at, and get armorology to build you a better skid. I don't see that moving it is going to gain you much though, but it would be a pretty cool mod.

since i dont know whats involved with this (meaning the details) im looking to see what a custom tank would cost, i really like BruceTS tank that he mocked up out of cardboard.
Armorology can do it, but he is booked till like next year, lol, that may be a good thing, give me time to save cash, lol.

They got to go up and take pictues of the new FJ cruiser with Toyota.
Nice Pics Jake 94. Me and my buddy Drew really wanted to go up, but it didn't work out.
That new Cruiser is sick. The frame is super rigid, and is pre-drilled for rock rails...you got factory rear locker, and traction control. Not only that, but it's got an inclometer built in, BLING BLING! If i had the bones, i'd get one, even if they are a little bit ugly.

More than just a photo-op. Under Bill Burke's ( http://www.bb4wa.com/) expert tutelage we had a chance to explore the FJC's amazing capabilities.
