Road Trip completed

I traveled from Baltimore to Fargo,ND over Christmas to visit Mom, then back the same way, a quick but very enjoyable trip. I just slept in back of my canopy covered Xtra-Cab pickup a 94 with 112k. The weather was great due to Globle warming, but it did get down too about 10 degrees the night I spent camped out in Fargo. But I was very cozy with a good sleeping bag with all the necesary stuff including a Mr buddy propane tent heater which worked very well, just a few minutes to take the chill off and I just snuggled down for good night sleep. My truck rolls on some new 31x10.50 Dick Cepek Radial II wrap around a AR 15" Pythons keeping them planted on road Eldelbrock IAS shocks with ADDCO swaybars F & R. I was amazed that I drove all the way to Rockford, IL the 1st day. I left Baltimore about 6:30AM and was having a beer camped out at a Truck-Stop in Rockford at midnight. For my age thats impressive, but have credit the Corbeau Sports seats I put in last year a very supportive seat no legs going to sleep, no back ache they really were invaluable. I did have XM and some quality music on CD coming thru a Poineer Premier DEH-P780MP and with no kids or spouse, it was a great road trip. Till next time, Happy New Year Every One My MPG was 17
