My pics are coming soon. I can only get dial up out here in the sticks, and I haven't felt like spending hours uploading them.

Yep, that's me.
I was great seeing old buddies and meeting a lot of new people last weekend. Good Times! Unfortuntely my hangover got the best of me Saturday and I left my camera back at camp. I have pics from the Friday ride (blue trails). But...I live out in the boonies and all we can get is dial-up. I'm mailing a CD with the pics to Jason, Broderick and Randy so maybe if we're nice enough we can talk one of them into posting.

Next Big run: BIG DOGS. Sept 15-17. We need to get as many yotas out there as possible! www.bigdogsoffroad.com

How's it going Mark!? Thanks. Yep, I've had her for 10 years and still wheelin' her. By the looks of your sig. you've been pretty busy with the 'yota's as well. That is outstanding!

I had them custom made at Iron Pig Offroad (www.IronpigOffRoad.com). Lance is a great guy who does outstanding work. You should see the FJ 40's he builds. The front bumper looks so huge right now because I'm still saving up the money the put a winch in it. I took a tree really hard on the rear driver side a couple weeks ago at Big Dogs and it didn't do a thing to the armor.

35 X 12.50-16 TrXus M/T's. I love these tires. I've gone through over 10 different sets of tires in my years of wheeling and these are the best dual purpose tires I've ever used. I've never had a tire this aggressive that is as quiet on road as these. They are E load range tires so the sidewalls are ridiculously thick (10 ply). The downside is that they are heavy, heavy, heavy. The 4.88's definitely helped out a lot. The wheels are Mickey Thompson Classic II. 16 X 10 with 3.6" backspacing. They do not make them with this backspacing anymore. The only ones available now are 4 5/8" backspacing. I ran into this when I tried to find the same wheel for my spare.

I'm running the performance accessories 3" body lift.

Suspension: Up front I have the downey coilovers cranked to about 2.25". In the rear I'm running 80 series landcruiser coils with landcruiser shocks, panhard drop bracket and sway bar extension from Steve Schaeffer, extended brake lines and brake cable extension from downey. This is by far the best rear setup I have ever run. With all the weight of the bumpers, the cruiser springs still gave me 3.5" of rear lift and they are SOFT. They flex like crazy. I thank Steve Schaeffer for that.

Great! We have about the same rear suspension, but I also have Steve's lower control arms. I will be going to 35's or 34's soon. I only have a 1" bodylift though-Steve says it will work with minor trimming-which I already did anyway. I'm leaning towards either 315/75/16 Mickey T MTZ's or 34x12.50x16 TRXUS MT's. I have 4.88's and a 5spd also. I'm really not wanting a full 35" though b/c I do tow a 3700 pound camper to the trails with me. I would probably get the Mickey T Classic II wheel in 16x8 with 3.625" backspacing.

Your 4Runner looks great!
