o I went with my brother and 2 friends out to Las Vegas, NV from Dec 26,05-Jan 1,2006 for a 7 day romp in the land of ultimate freedom and I had a friggin blast. I had my 1989 Toyota Pickup and my brother had his '01 turbocharged tacoma and we went out and around east of Henderson, NV. We didn't do anything too crazy since it was my first time out but we did consider doing the searchlight trail... then I blew a hole in the sidewall of one of my tires, ending my offroading spree a day early.

For those wanting to get out of Cali, I HIGHLY reccomend Nevada, I love that place!

....... Thats harsh! Its his first time going out.. giv em a break!

I went o Vegas morning of the 27, Friday. Past by an OHV area. I really wanted to go and play around but it was my GF, My bro and I with no other trucks.. so instead of risking - getting stranded, we just headed to Vegas.

I hope u had lots of fun. Sure looks like u did!

 

LOL the whole insanity part was us just having fun in Nevada versus being stuck in california. Since my friends and I are underaged and Vegas is pretty much a 21+ city, we went to gameworx on the day b4 new year's eve just to see the strip. Other than that, we were in Henderson on the edge of a housing area where the desert was literally the back yard... it rocked.

To add to the insanity thing, my brother's truck just got turbocharged and was going some pretty cool stuff out on those trails.... gotta love the 3.4!
