Kyburz, California
Tons of pictures... Beware.
Just got back from a camping trip a couple of us planned in Kyburz, California. Nice little place to go wheeling/camping/shooting/drinking... etc etc. No drastic damage to report, just good fun. heres some pictures from our trip. We left around 6:00ish and got there around 7:30. Set up camp and had some good times. we stayed from Saturday till Monday. Basically just a basic camping trip, brought the girlfriends, and Monroe ( the dog ) Kawasakimoto_7 found out he could come last minute so we had 4 trucks show.
As far as wheeling. Some of it was pretty easy, some of it was pretty ridiculous. Theres so many trails up there, its nearly impossible to explore them all in one weekend.
YTer's that went:
93yotaSR5
Kawasakimoto_7
Mak92-4RnR
MKtaco_98
On our way up there.
The first night we set up camp, drank a little and got comfortable.
Next morning we had breakfast, decided to do some early wheeling and shooting. We wheeled for a couple hours. saw some very pretty views, snow, and we even found an abandoned lodge.
Great Views:

From the looks of the picture you had a good time. It's good to see the snow is gone! I'm going up to Meadow Lake on the 30th and will be there through August 15th. We go up each year before Trek and prerun Fordyce 2 or 3 times then kick back and watch all the Trekker's come through at Sierra Trek.

Yeah It was a blast. definitely had a good time. Some people might think that in some of the photos that we aren't on trails, but Kyburz is filled with fire roads and random trails that go off in any direction. of course some of the time there are fallen over trees in the way of some areas, but we usually just turn around and go back or if they're small enough, move them out of the way and continue on

Yep. all of us brought girlfriends. they were even down for spotting on the passenger side from inside the truck. cant complain there we definitely need to do another trip... there's endless amounts of trails up there to explore.

My wife gets out and walks more of the trail than she rides as a passenger. When we get to the rocks or tuff stuff she just gets out and walks. When I catch up to her she will climb back in. Next big rock it starts all over again! She will walk half of the trail most of the time. Thats why she is fit and I'm not.........

lol yeah, we dont exactly stop much to discuss the trail and take pictures. we really just cruise the trails and see what we can find.
