front end knocking

front end knocking
so, when i'm hearing another knocking noise. the one only happens when i crank the wheel all the way to the right, and back up. i think it might be a wheel bearing, but i'm not sure. it sounds like it is coming from th front passenger side. anyone got any ideas?
