Cecil, my wife Hannah, and I went up to Oso around 11 from my place. Untracked snow, just a quad track for a short ways. Really hard packed layer of wet nasty stuff.. Had to keep airing down as we went to 2psi to float. The snow depth varied quite a bit from the dry, warm weather we have had. Up high on the road it got to be about 36" except on windblown or southern dry spots of almost nothing. We didn't hid deep snow until about 3,000ft. Views were quite nice though. We turned around at 3800ft, short of the lakes... but it was getting late.
