installing aftermarket stereo question

I am installing a double din JVC stereo into my 97 4Runner. I removed the factory deck (CD, tape & radio)and the factory amp. It looks like there are two antenna like jacks besides the two wire harnesses. The bigger one is the antenna jack but I am not sure what the second one is. Anyone know?

Thanks

Thanks. I taped it off to the side and everything worked great.
