Eclipse Nav Install Question...

Well, I took the plunge and got a Eclipse AVN5435 for my 2000 S/C 4Runner. My question is whether the stock Toyota stereo harness a direct plug in to the Eclipse Headunit? I got a aftermarket stereo harness so I don't have to cut up my stock Toyota harness, but when I was comparing the wires of the Eclipse harness to that of the Toyota harness, it looks like it's a direct plug in...even the plug ends connect directly to each other. I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this. It would make sense considering Toyota does own part of Fujitsu Ten (Eclipse). But yeah, I was wondering whether Eclipse headunits are pretty much plug and play in Toyotas. Thanks for the input...Darshana S...

The OEM NAV radio I have has one unit made by Fujitsu Ten (for a toyota minivan I believe) and the other Denso (for the Camry). I got the Denso.

I think thats how it goes, but it may very well be the same connections.
