Last minute: Barnwell this Saturday [PICS UP]
Looks like I'm gonna be at Barnwell this Saturday with a group of 'Zu's from 4x4wire, thread here, if any of you don't have any plans and want to come out. Won't be doing anything hardcore, I'll have my 4 yr old boy with me, I haven't been in over a year, this will be a good opportunity to scout out runs for the stockers when we go on the 19th of Jun.

Thgose seem like cool guys... I have a friend ( drives a 1991 Mitsubishi Montero ..stock susp. at/kos) Who might come out with us in June...I should hook him up with these guys.. ( almost the same trucks)
I doubt if I can make it. I am still having problems from my last outing. Plus, we are having a change of command on tusdat and the party starts friday night( till Sat morning) But do not count me out yet... I want to wheel and learn.

I am afraid I can't go this weekend. I am still trying to find the cause of a loud "BANG" I get when I hit the slightest bump ( I think its my rock sliders but it also sounds as if a shock is pulling itself loose) Also, We are having a change of command on Tuesday and having a HUGE party friday night till.......sunday maybe.
My friend who has the monty is also a C-130 Flight Engineer but he has his kids this weekend and can not take them out there.
I hope there is another time we can all meet up there

Well had a great time yesterday. Props out to mochoajr for doing great on his first time out. He had no problems at all, the only place he had to be winched is the same place where we all had to be winched. Wish you could've stayed later, a newer trooper joined us and we stayed on mostly two's the rest of the day, a few good hill climbs, but nothing like what we did with you. Definitely know which trails to bring the stock groups on now. The Zu guys were really helpful, I think a couple of them might join us on the 19th.

Thanks Herk, it is level now and the torsion bars are not cranked all the way up. So I should have a little more flex. I still need to get the a/c charged (r12) $$$ and I'm getting a tow bar put on (just in case).
