Decals!!

Who wants one? I'm not getting the di-cut ones, i'm going to be getting some like David got for the WA guys. For pics go to this thread . I'm going to be going with the standart red/white combo. I think I might ask him to change to url to nc.4roc.org too. Well, just wondering if anyone else would be interested!?

My dad, owns a sign shop and they cut LARGE amounts of vinyl, Maybe Matt can get roll or two (different colors) and have the art department cut the stuff. Most 3M vinyl is UV and weather protected. I am not sure of the vinyl's cost, but a roll is usually bigger that 50ft by 3ft, that would make a ˟˟˟˟˟ ton of stickers.

That would be sweet Jon, that could help save us on the cost of these things. See if that's possible.

Oh yeah I think we should too, it'll help 4ROC get bigger at least in NC. I know there is still at least one guy that is already on Yotatech and I've met him that I wanna see join, and another that is around town in a HUGE 2nd gen, we always give the Toy Wave(much better than the Jeep wave) so if say the sticker I think he would join.

Yeah, I just met a guy with a 2nd gen here too and I gave him all my info so hopefully he will join. I'll give him a call before I head out to NYC. Sam and I have met the other guy your talking about. darnit... I can't remember his SN. Hes a cool guy. Hes a teacher up at app. He has a nice truck and wants too keep it that way so he isn't into the hardcore 4x4ing but hes a really nice guy and would be good to have in the club. He also has an s/c . OK, Its official. To stay a member of 4RocNC you will have to have some form of decal on your truck promoting the site. There is no limit on size, but it would be nice if you could read it without a magnifying glass. They will not really be required until I either get an ordering thing on the site or maybe I'll just have a $5 annual fee for webspace and $10 to sign up for a decal and webspace charge together. Does that sound fair? the .mac service is $100 a year, but I also use it for personal use. I guess if I actually start charging then I'll actually get another service thats a bit more reasonable and then work on some shirts our own forum etc. But thats further down the line, so don't you guys worry!

edit: I am NOT looking for a profit off of this. I'm with the guys at yotatech in that I think it should be free, but since we don't have as many members (by a lot) I don't know if i'm going to be able to make it as optional but at the same time the costs won't be as much so the fee will be quite minimal. It will be free until I get tired of paying for everything out of pocket. I'm all for the cause so no worries it will be free for a good long wile .

Also, Matt and Jon... I really want to get these decals made. Even if we have to go through your dad's co officially or through you guys If you can get us a good deal then that would be awesome! If you could email me some info that would be awesome. I'll email you the same ?s I sent to the other guy.

I HAVE BEEN SICK AS HELL

as for the stickers we cant go "officially" because thats just a pain in the ass

i am gonna have to learn how the machine works and then do it after hours. much easier and much cheaper

the only problem is that my dad will make me his bitch slave if i ask any favor from him

i was thinkin maybe making a bunch of red and a bunch of white 4ROC NC and then switching up the NC part so they would be 2 color. and maybe 3 sizes??

send me the basic 4ROC NC decal you want to use (probally many formats not sure what they use maybe just .jpg) and i will talk to the art dept when i get back to work

What, you think they make photoshop for PCs and not Macs??? Thats funny seeing as any professional that uses a computer for anything visual uses a Mac. Pretty much the only thing PCs are better at Macs are games and design stuff.

You have male...
