JBA started with a clean sheet of paper when designing their “NEW” Fully Polished 304 Stainless Long Tube Headers for the Tacoma’s powerful 4.0L. Extensive development and dyno time yielded huge gains in both torque and horsepower over the restrictive factory manifold. JBA's NEW Long Tube Headers feature a thick 3/8" one piece 304 Stainless head flange leading into the heavy-wall one piece CNC mandrel bent 1-5/8" 304L stainless steel primaries tubes that ends with the JBA 2.5” collector. Never worry about replacing the cracked manifolds again and get the power your 4.0L Tacoma deserves.
