need some better leaf springs
hey guys i found some 3' heavy duty leaf springs from allprooffroad.com for $339. I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get some for cheaper but still have the 3' lift

The AllPro springs are fairly decent. OME also makes a nice ~2" lift spring/shock kit (http://www.arbusa.com/). Somthing like a 4.56 gear would be good for 32's:

yea well its a 4cyl 2.7liter so with 32' its pretty sluggish and bad gas milege. im thinking 5.29 gears are what will bring my ration back to stock according to a chart on a website i found

yes its sluggish!
i got a 3inch susp lift, with 32's and boy do i get kicked in the arse on the highway, all i can do is 70-75 pushing it, gas pedal gets hard as a rock, gas mileage aint to bad, and i have an auto

i dont think 5.29s is what you want your truck at......
that will severly limit your top speed, and keep your truck running at an insane rpm on the freeway......
most people running 5.29s are running at least 35" tires....

yea i have decided to run 4.88 gears according to a few charts i have looked at. but yea i cant go faster than 70 or so in the losest gear on my auto without downshifting

With 4.88's you will be at like 60 revving the piss out of it. If you want more highway speed do an engine swap, otherwise learn to live with it. My .02

I'm running 2" Northwest Offroad stage 2 rear springs. I'm very happy with them, but the downside is you'd have to deal with NWOR. When I bought the springs, mine was a painless transaction. YMMV.
I'm running 5.29 with 33" BFG ATs and could not be happier with the combination. I'm about 7% lower than stock 4.11+225/75R15, so at 70MPH my speedo says 75. At 70MPH (actual) my engine is turning 3,000 RPM in 5th gear (0.85 OD on the W56). If I push to 75MPH, my engine is about 3,300 RPM (in 5th) and it'll keep pulling as much as I want to push it. At 4,000 RPM I'll be well past 80MPH and that's just too fast for a lifted, relatively softly sprung, slightly top heavy truck. But I can now at least pass in 5th, which is something that I could never do with 4.10 and 30" tires. My mileage (corrected for odometer error) is about 22-23MPG.
With a 32" tire I would consider either a 4.56 or 4.88. Keep in mind, too, that I live at 5,280' and routinely have to chug up 10,000' passes. The little R series motor is already stuggling to keep up with traffic and every little bit helps.
I would do 4.88+32" tires on my truck, but if you spend more time on relatively flatter terrain and/or live closer to sea level, then 4.56+32" is probably a good combination. What the charts don't figure in is width and weight of the tires. A 32x11.50 is about 3 or 4 inches wider than a 235/75R15 and a heck of lot more weight. If you are driving a 20/22R or 3VZ, this part of the equation is not insignificant IMHO. To a 250HP V8 or even the 5VZ, this is much less of a factor.

I ran 33s with a 22RE and 4.88s and that was perfect - just a tad above the same rpm as stock gears/stock tires. I run 35s now with 5.29s and rev 3000 at 70. If you are going to stay with 32s, 4:56 is the perfect ratio, but 4.88s will be fine. You'l like the extra power but will lose some mileage. If you do most of your driving at 70mph or higher, stay with 4.56.

make sure you get em done right and stay away from Genuine Gears, get Superiors or Richmonds or even Yukon...why not install a locker at the same time 
? Make sure you get the right install kits too the front and rears are different. As far as springs go you could do a chevy 64" swap with an AAL for about 3.5" of lift.
