I don't think 'glass and 1" BL will be enough for 35's

You cant glass the rear. You mind barely clear up front, with lots of rubbing. I hope you don't plan on driving any thing other than in a straight line. No fenders up frint and sawzall the rear and you're golden.

Maybe with a 3 inch body lift with minimal rubbing if you really HAD to run the 35s

Your attacking it wrong. What rubs is the body seam. take off your tires and grab a 10lb sledge and go nuts on the foot wells. you will be able to fit 35's with stock fenders. I ran 35's with only cranked t-bars

i was just staring at my truck and thinking my 33s look too small, i could fit 35s if i break the hammer out.

but i think i'll wear these 33s out and save up for some 5.29s and arbs

its ok man we were all new once, take the plastic inner fenderwell out. behind it should be a piece of metal that looks like it was pinched together at the factory, i hammmered this flat on my taco and my 32s didnt rub.

i can't find a picture on a toyota but here's a writeup with pics on a jeep. same idea

http://www.jeepsunlimited.com/forums...d.php?t=913120

note: you don't have to get as detailed with the body filler and sound deadening and stuff if you don't want to. a few whacks with a giant hammer and some paint should be the basics...anything more is added bonus

33's will be very doable and functional for now until you get a bigger lift/gears. Still take care of that pinch weld to avoid any cutting/rubbing.
