Yeah, the front bumper goes up with the body on the 3rd gens - with Roger's kit anyway.

I'm reselling the SDORI spacers and plan on offering them in conjunction with with shackle or blocks for the rear leaf springs and perhaps a mild body lift and maybe wheel spacers for a complete lift kit for the IFS trucks and 4Runners to fit 33s.

I'll pass on any suggestions on improving the spacers to SDORI.

Is your price the same as SDORI's? If I bought a body lift and BJ spacers at the same time, would shipping be less? I need some convincing material for the wife!
Thanks

$112/pr. for the spacers and yes, shipping would be a bit less on the combined order, $4.50 for the spacers alone, probably $2-3 for them combined with the body lift (adds 3 lbs.).

I guess I sound strange, but a good example would be when I park next to "stock" 4Runners; you really can't tell a difference unless you know what you are looking for.

I would prefer that the average dude/dudette be able to tell my rig is lifted. Dumb reason really.
Ah yes, the testosterone factor! Thats what got me a 1" BL in the first place. I just WANTED it. I'm glad now that I did though. If we're rationalizing these things, here is some more fuel:

In my case I didn't think I needed it and don't expect to go bigger than the 31's any time soon if at all. But lets admit it, our plans change all the time. Also, I wanted my sliders up as high as possible. I had those mounted today by Schaeffer and he kept saying "man this is sooo much easier with the BL". That reminds me of some other thread somewhere on the board that made the point that other mods may be easier with a bit more room underneath. (headers come to mind) So now I have higher slider attachment, better approach and departure angles, and can go to 33's easily if I ever decide to do that down the road.

Well I ordered a pair of ball joint spacers and a gear shift spacer from Roger Brown but I'm still undecided on lift height.

If I have to lower the radiator to center it on the fan does than mean drilling and tapping new holes in the body or have you guys just drilled a hole and then stuck a nut on the back of the bolt that passes through the radiator?

How about the electric fans. Can you buy them with a radiator? My radiator has been seeping through a pinhole leak in the top for almost two years now and I've been putting off replacing it. Is Flex-o-lite the company that makes the electric fans? Anybody got a link?

I make bolt-on radiator relocation brackets, see the instructions for information:
http://www.4Crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/...ToyotaRadiator

You can get replacement radiators, the bolt right into the stock holes. Modine and GoDan are two popular brands, and there are a few on-line radiator sites you can order them from.

FlexALite makes good fans, try their web page, I have a link to it on my old FAL install page: http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/CheapTri...tml#FanControl

I may be offering a coil spring spacer as an inexpensive option, about the same cost as a set of longer spring shackles for a leaf-sprung 4Runner or pickup.

The kits are made to order. So if you order a front bumper bracket then yes, it will come with a front bumper bracket. And if you order a 1.5" lift, then the front bumper bracket will be built to raise the front bumper 1.5" to match the lift. The bumper relocation brackets are designed for the stock front bumper. If you have an aftermarket front bumper that does not attach to the stock bumper mounting holes on the side of the frame, then you'll either have to leave the bumper as-is or have it's mounting brackets modified for the lift.

Measure and see, use a stick from under the tire to the bumper and measure the bumper height. Then raise the bumper end of the stick 1" and that would be the new angle.

Typically just need to adjust the shifter a little for a 1" lift:
