don't get to offended 98Runner. He means well.
Im a pilot, been in a freak accident and drive like my life depends on it and am paranoid as hell to drive passanger with people infact I avoid it at all costs. I know how fast stuff can go down and drive defensively. As a helicopter pilot you learn how to use everything your body has and i adapt it right to the road.
I can't drive 80 (truck wont do it lol) but I i dont think 80 is to fast. I cruise that on I5 south or wherever theres an open stretch and speed limit is 70.
It sucks you got shafted and is amazing you didnt hit nothing crosing all those lanes into the fast lane.
Drive defensively and don't take it for granted. Most people i know drive like they they're taking a dump on a toilet . FOR GRANTED. until you have to take a dump in sub freezing conditions with little T-PEE and lots of clothes on or get smashed by an idiot, you wont drive defensively or responsibly.! =)

Us fixed wing drivers have to use all we got to lol... since I became a pilot I hate to be a pax anytime... I've had to many twits try to kill me both on the ground and in the air...
that liberty jerk may have been asleep... I got rear-ended last year by a guy who openly admitted to the cop he'd been asleep at the wheel... too many folks are driving around impaired by lack of proper rest... commercial drivers/pilots/sailors all have strict rest requirements [that are usually followed by most of them] and are much safer as a result... too bad the same rules can't be applied to "civillian" drivers...

Well behind the bumper, the body is crushed so they want to cut that out rather than try to pull out that mangled piece. They are going to have to replace the rear hatch, the passeneger side has scapes and gouges in it the whole way down from the wall. New flares, paint job, tail light, bumpers, bumper pads.
I am going with the LED tails and I have been thinking about seeing what it would look like-cost difference to go with the Toyota Pearl White..

You have to be soo defensive in san antonio. the other day after work i was on the freeway and it branches off to head southbound. A truck merged to head southbound then decided to swerve back. I was keeping an eye on him and started making distance. Good thing i was looking he would have went right into me. I see people do the most ignorant things like that. slam on their brakes to make a turn off. stop in the middle of the fu$king road because they reliezed they need to turn at that intersection and they are not in the turning lane. just keep going then make a turn around. !!

Man, Wow! I didn’t realize you were driving in Texas! That explains a lot. I have driven all over this big fantastic country of ours and each area is a little different in the way people drive. That being said, drivers in Texas are freaking NUTS…it’s like a free-for-all on the hi-ways. What? Do Texans watch way to much NASCAR? It’s like everyone wants to drive like the Dukes of Hazard. Worst or best, Dallas reminds me of Death Race 2000. So if your driving in any large city in Texas and you don’t get into a crash on a weekly basis then you’re a better driver than me. Honestly
