Wider fender flares
Where could I get fender flares like these for my 99 SR5 4runner? When I move to WA I heard that it is against the law to not have your tire tread covered. I am going to put spacers behind my rims and I also have outlaw II rims which make them stick out a little more. Thanks.

I like 'em, but I don't think they make them for the 4Runner
I e-mailed them, have yet to get a response back.

Fenders or splash aprons. Fender Flares & Anti-Spray Devices
(1) Except as authorized under subsection (2) of this section, no person may operate any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer that is not equipped with fenders, covers, flaps, or splash aprons adequate for minimizing the spray or splash of water or mud from the roadway to the rear of the vehicle. All such devices shall be as wide as the tires behind which they are mounted and extend downward at least to the center of the axle.
(2) A motor vehicle that is not less than forty years old or a street rod vehicle that is owned and operated primarily as a collector's item need not be equipped with fenders when the vehicle is used and driven during fair weather on well-maintained, hard-surfaced roads.
Fenders - Shall cover the entire tread width, at least 15 degrees to the front, and 75 degrees to the rear. Shall extend down to at least the center of the axle.
A $124 Infraction if you get pulled over for it!
Hope this helps...

No problem! But no matter what the law says i still like the looks of the tires when they stick out from the body of the vehicle a bit and are not 100% covered up!
